Position Title: HR Recruiter Location: Remote Roles & Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the Human Resources department.
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals, focusing on succession planning, workforce planning, talent acquisition, and retention initiatives.
- Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviews, selection, and onboarding.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to manage job postings, candidate pipelines, and the hiring process from application to onboarding.
- Design and deliver training programs, workshops, and coaching sessions to enhance employee skills, foster leadership development, and drive growth.
- Maintain and update employee records, track leave, and monitor performance metrics using HRMS.
- Handle employee data changes in HR systems, including personnel files and payroll processing.
- Address employee conflicts, grievances, and performance issues while collaborating with senior management to resolve complex HR matters.
- Develop and implement employee engagement strategies in partnership with management.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and legal regulations.
- Coordinate employee benefits enrollment processes.
- Manage exit processes, including exit interviews, full and final settlements, and reporting insights to management while maintaining records.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent people management and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools, especially Excel.
- Dependable, diligent, flexible, and results-oriented team player.
- Solid knowledge of standard corporate HR policies and procedures.
- Familiarity with IT, AI, and data science domains.
