Location : Chennai, India Job Summary : We are seeking a detail-oriented US Onboarding Analyst to join our team at a leading US staffing firm. The ideal candidate will assist in managing the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring smooth and compliant transitions for employees joining US-based client organizations. This role requires collaboration with both domestic and international teams, managing documentation, and adhering to regulatory requirements for the US staffing industry. Key Responsibilities :

  • Manage and coordinate the end-to-end onboarding process for US-based candidates.
  • Ensure accurate completion of all new hire documentation, including I-9 forms, W-4, and other compliance-related paperwork.
  • Conduct virtual orientation sessions for new hires, providing key company information and introducing policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with US-based HR and recruitment teams to streamline processes and resolve any issues.
  • Maintain a secure, organized system for storing employee documents and confidential information.
  • Assist candidates with questions related to onboarding steps, benefits, payroll, and compliance.
  • Stay up-to-date on US labor laws, compliance requirements, and best practices in onboarding.
  • Provide periodic reports on onboarding progress and completion metrics.
Qualifications :
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 1 years' experience in HR, recruiting, or onboarding, preferably within a staffing firm.
  • Knowledge of US employment laws and regulations, including I-9 and W-4 processes.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HRIS systems.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with remote teams.
