Job Overview: We are seeking a Junior Graphic Designer with 2–3 years of experience, specializing in sports content creation, to join our dynamic creative team. This role demands a passion for sports, especially cricket, combined with a strong understanding of visual storytelling and social media trends. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping the aesthetic and functionality of projects, collaborating closely with copywriters, client servicing teams, and other stakeholders to deliver visually exciting and innovative executions. Key Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize and execute creative designs that align with project briefs and brainstorming sessions.
- Create visually compelling graphic assets for a range of formats, including static posts, carousels, infographics, and more, tailored for social media and digital platforms.
- Collaborate with the copywriting and client servicing teams during the development stage to ensure project goals and deadlines are met.
- Be an active participant in brainstorming sessions, offering fresh perspectives and innovative design solutions.
- Maintain consistency in design elements and serve as the brand custodian for the sports pod, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines and aesthetic standards.
- Monitor and incorporate design trends and best practices, especially in sports content, to produce engaging and relevant visuals.
- Understand the nuances of social media formats, platform-specific requirements, and trending content styles to create share-worthy graphics.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- 2- 3 years of professional experience in graphic design, with a focus on sports content.
- Proficiency in design tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator.
- Knowledge of Canva is a bonus.
- Must have knowledge of using Ai tools for design creation
- Good knowledge of trends in design and social media
- A solid portfolio showcasing sports-related designs and social media campaigns.
- Strong understanding of design principles, colour theory, typography, and composition.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- A deep passion for cricket and an active interest in other sports.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
