About the role The Human Resources Assistant role offers an exciting opportunity to join a growing HR team focused on shaping a workplace culture. With numerous opportunities for professional development, the role involves fostering a positive, thriving workplace environment. Responsibilities:

  • Calling multiple candidates to complete phone interviews and set up in-person interviews.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR Executive & HR Manager.
  • Assisting in recruiting and hiring new team members.
  • Facilitating onboarding sessions to familiarise team members with company policies, culture, and procedures.
  • Assisting in the off-boarding process when employees leave the organisation.
  • Employee records management across all of their company software.
  • Assisting in organising team events and socials.
  • Contribute to making the company the best place to work in London.
  • Support customer inquiries via email.
Requirements:
  • At least 1 year of experience in hospitality, HR, or recruitment role.
  • Proficient in Google Suite.
  • Strong customer service experience.
  • Experience using Harri is an advantage. 
  • Strong people management and attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work as a team and build interpersonal relationships.
  • Strong organisational skills and passion for orchestrating team events.
  • A friendly and approachable demeanour.
