Job Description

Become the driving force behind our client s explosive growth as a Cold Caller / Telesales Agent. You ll be the first point of contact for businesses seeking to transform their digital footprint. Armed with persuasive communication skills you ll introduce decisionmakers to a world of digital marketing possibilities. Your role is crucial in identifying and qualifying leads setting the stage for our expert closers to seal the deal. If you re passionate about digital marketing and thrive on the thrill of the hunt this position offers unparalleled opportunity to shape the success of businesses across industries.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct highvolume B2B cold calls pitching our suite of digital marketing services
  • Articulate the value of SEO social media and other digital solutions to potential clients
  • Identify and engage key decisionmakers within target companies
  • Qualify leads and seamlessly transfer hot prospects to inhouse sales team
  • Hit aggressive daily weekly and monthly lead generation targets
  • Maintain meticulous records of all sales activities in our CRM
  • Continuously refine your pitch based on market feedback and performance metrics

Requirements

  • Exceptional verbal communication skills with a professional phone presence
  • Proven track record in B2B cold calling preferably in digital marketing or tech
  • Basic grasp of digital marketing concepts (SEO social media online advertising)
  • Quick learner able to articulate complex services confidently
  • Resilient selfstarter with a positive attitude towards rejection
  • Proficient with VOIP systems and CRM software
  • Fluent English required; Spanish fluency a significant plus
  • Comfortable working remotely and managing time effectively
  • Resultsdriven mindset with a hunger for success and growth
