Job Title: Business Development Representative Location: Remote (Philippinesbased candidates preferred) Salary Range: USD per month Work Schedule: Standard 95 Eastern Time Role Overview: We are seeking a Business Development/Outbound Sales to lead our outbound sales efforts focusing on reengaging past leads and reaching out to new prospects that fit our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP). This role will involve transitioning from mass emailing to personalized outreach requiring a deep understanding of our core services and the unique needs of potential clients. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Management: Reengage past leads through targeted manual email followups identifying their pain points and demonstrating how our services can address their needs.
  • Cold Emailing: Craft and send personalized highquality cold emails to new leads focusing on how our services solve their business challenges.
  • Lead Generation: Research and identify new prospects that fit our ICP collecting and verifying contact information for key decisionmakers.
  • CRM Management: Track all outreach responses and followups in a CRM system ensuring communications are logged and organized for efficient followup.
  • Booking Sales Calls: Set up calls for the founder or designated candidate via Calendly ensuring a smooth transition from outreach to sales.
Experience and Skills Required:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in outbound sales business development or a similar role.
  • Proven track record in cold emailing and creating targeted campaigns that lead to engagement and conversions.
  • Strong copywriting skills for crafting compelling personalized emails.
  • Experience using CRMs to manage lead pipelines and track outreach efforts.
  • Ability to understand the needs of prospects and how our services can fill those gaps.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage a large volume of outreach and followups.
