This is a remote position. Job Title: Parttime B2B Cold Caller (Recruitment Sector) Location: Remote (Singaporebased candidates is ideal) Start Date: October 14 2024 Duration start the project on 1st Nov and this project will run till end of May 2025 Working Hours:
- Tuesday to Thursday: 10:00 AM 6:00 PM (30minute unpaid break)
- Friday: 10:00 AM 5:00 PM (30minute unpaid break) Total Weekly Hours: 29 hours
Job Description
As a Cold Caller for the recruitment agency you will play a key role in business development by engaging with potential clients to secure new job requisitions and recruitment mandates. This remote role allows you to leverage your telesales expertise to expand the agency s client base and build valuable business relationships.Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound cold calls to decisionmakers in financial services IT tech engineering and manufacturing sectors
- Engage hiring managers and key decisionmakers to onboard new job requisitions and secure recruitment mandates
- Effectively communicate the agency s value proposition tailored to each prospect
- Collaborate with lead generators and appointment setters to manage and nurture prospects
- Maintain detailed call records and results in the CRM system
- Overcome objections negotiate terms and close new business opportunities
- Provide regular performance updates to optimize cold calling strategies
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of B2B telesales experience ideally in recruitment or professional services
- Exceptional verbal communication active listening and negotiation skills
- Proven ability to handle objections and close sales
- Resilience selfmotivation and ability to work independently in a remote setting
- Adaptability to different industry sectors and client needs
- Resultsdriven with a focus on meeting or exceeding outreach and conversion targets
- Familiarity with CRM systems and cold calling tools
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- 50 cold calls per day (database provided in Excel format)
- Onboard 2 new job roles per day and arrange 1 meeting every two days (10 new roles and 3 meetings per week)
- Send daily call outcomes by 5:20 PM and participate in a 10minute debrief

- Database of leads (Excel format)
- Cold calling script
- 1.5 hours of training on recruitment cold calling (to take place in the office)
