LTIMindtree career opportunity for Oracle Apps Technical Any modules - CRM Experience required: 7 to 12 yrs Location: Pune Job Role: LTImindtree is seeking individuals with a strong combination of technical aptitude business acumen and communication skills to join our Professional Services team As a Developer you will play a pivotal role in working with Project and Customer teams to define implement and support their Oracle initiatives You will be involved in a variety of activities including assessing customer needs developing technical functional design application configuration administration creating test scenarios and post deployment support activities Additionally you will provide implementation support for key business application goals and custom interfaces with a primary focus on delivering comprehensive solutions in the areas of Oracle CRM Service Contract modules Your role in our future Conduct analysis design evaluation modification testing and implementation of enterprise wide systems across functional areas Analyze business requirements and develop detailed functional and technical designs Interact daily with business owners to understand business processes and key requirements and proactively work to resolve system issues Conduct analysis of system specifications and use analysis diagramming tools to represent business technical processes Perform application configuration testing and evaluation to ensure quality and consistency Recommend changes in development maintenance and standards Educate business users on the use of the system Work closely with internal and external partners to understand the requirements and design extensions for complex data integration solutions Provide implementation support for Oracle CRM Modules Communicate complex technical principles effectively to nontechnical audiences Collaborate and contribute to a team work driven environment Your profile Experience 8 years of handson development experience in Oracle Applications within Finance modules with 3 to 5 years specifically in Oracle CRM Modules Knowledge Strong functional and technical expertise in Oracle CRM Modules Service Contracts Install Base Incentive Compensation iStore Skills Proficiency in Oracle Forms Oracle Reports Workflow XML Publisher Oracle SQL PLSQL and Unix Shell Script Project Management Knowledge and experience in Project Management methodologies Attributes Highly organized detailoriented and adaptable to changes with a positive cando attitude Education
