The Sr. Global Payroll Specialist (Organizational Change Management) will play a crucial role in overseeing and implementing significant payroll changes across a global landscape. Working remotely and aligned with the US time zone, this position requires hands-on experience with ADP and managing payroll for large organizations. Key responsibilities include leading organizational changes within payroll, coordinating resources, planning and implementing training programs, and ensuring compliance with global regulations. With strong skills in strategic planning and project management, this role focuses on aligning payroll processes with company goals, fostering team development, and effectively communicating changes at every stage. Responsibilities

  1. Lead organizational changes within payroll, focusing on strategic planning, skill requirements, and staffing alignment.
  2. Develop and implement training plans for payroll staff to support new processes and system improvements.
  3. Coordinate with payroll teams to plan and communicate each stage of payroll process changes.
  4. Map out staffing requirements and ensure adequate resources for all stages of payroll process development.
  5. Use ADP to manage payroll operations, with preference for US payroll experience.
  6. Oversee payroll compliance, ensuring all regulatory requirements are met globally.
  7. Ability to handle large-scale payroll implementations and process changes, including workforce planning and communication strategies.
Qualifications
  1. Proven experience in global payroll, including ADP, with at least 5 years of hands-on experience in large-scale payroll configuration and implementation for complex organizations.
  2. Strong organizational, communication, and troubleshooting skills to support the implementation of complex payroll projects.
  3. Proficiency with project management workflows to coordinate resources effectively and ensure successful implementation.
  4. Ability to track and communicate project progress clearly to management teams.
  5. Strong payroll technical acumen with the ability to communicate complex topics effectively to non-technical audiences.
  6. Background in organizational change management, with experience in strategic planning, training, and staff development.
  7. Demonstrated ability to manage extensive payroll process changes, including workforce planning and communication strategies.
