  • Contract Type: Part-Time Employee (Remote).
  • Schedule:
    • Guaranteed weekend teaching hours.
    • Fixed schedule: Saturday & Sunday 00:00-05:15 SAST
Your Responsibilities
  • Teach students using a well-developed curriculum and teaching methodology.
  • Inspire and support students in reaching their language goals.
  • Provide constructive feedback and effective error correction.
  • Manage a virtual classroom and provide feedback to students on their language proficiency.
Minimum Requirements
  • National Senior Certificate (Matric) or equivalent.
  • Excellent English proficiency ( neutral accent ).
  • Strong computer literacy and troubleshooting skills.
  • 120-hour TEFL/TESOL certificate (advantageous).
  • ESL/TEFL or any teaching experience (advantageous).
We offer extensive training for all candidates, so don't be shy to apply if you have never taught. Training is five working days of dedicated platform, methodology, and lesson cycle training. Technical Essentials Connectivity:
  • Stable FIBRE internet connection (minimum 25 Mbps upload/download).
  • LAN cable connection (no Wi-Fi).
PC Specifications:
  • Intel Core i5 6th Gen processor (or equivalent).
  • Quad-core CPU and 8GB RAM .
Backup Power:
  • UPS or Portable Power Station (4–5 hours battery life ).
  • Mini-UPS for your fibre router.
Other Requirements:
  • Noise-cancelling headset and HD webcam ( backup recommended ).
  • Quiet, well-lit, professional workspace.
