- Contract Type: Part-Time Employee (Remote).
- Schedule:
- Guaranteed weekend teaching hours.
- Fixed schedule: Saturday & Sunday 00:00-05:15 SAST
- Teach students using a well-developed curriculum and teaching methodology.
- Inspire and support students in reaching their language goals.
- Provide constructive feedback and effective error correction.
- Manage a virtual classroom and provide feedback to students on their language proficiency.
- National Senior Certificate (Matric) or equivalent.
- Excellent English proficiency ( neutral accent ).
- Strong computer literacy and troubleshooting skills.
- 120-hour TEFL/TESOL certificate (advantageous).
- ESL/TEFL or any teaching experience (advantageous).
- Stable FIBRE internet connection (minimum 25 Mbps upload/download).
- LAN cable connection (no Wi-Fi).
- Intel Core i5 6th Gen processor (or equivalent).
- Quad-core CPU and 8GB RAM .
- UPS or Portable Power Station (4–5 hours battery life ).
- Mini-UPS for your fibre router.
- Noise-cancelling headset and HD webcam ( backup recommended ).
- Quiet, well-lit, professional workspace.
