Role Description: As the Manager - Performance Management System (SME) , you will serve as the in-house expert and leader for all things related to performance management within Listenlights. You will be responsible for designing, refining, and leading the execution of our performance management systems, processes, and tools to ensure that we consistently drive high performance, employee engagement, and alignment with company goals. You will leverage your deep expertise in performance management to advise senior leadership, HR teams, and line managers on best practices, strategies, and methodologies for optimizing employee performance across the organization. You will also drive the integration of performance management processes with other HR systems (such as learning and development, employee engagement, and succession planning), ensuring that our performance management system is not only effective but aligned with our broader talent management strategy. - Education: Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or related field. A Master's degree or professional HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-SCP, PHR, or similar) are highly desirable.
- 7+ years of experience in Human Resources, with at least 5 years specifically in performance management or talent management roles.
- Proven expertise in designing, implementing, and managing performance management systems and processes.
- Experience in managing performance management software (e.g., SuccessFactors, Workday, Darwinbox or similar) and integrating with other HR systems.
- Strong subject matter expertise in performance management systems, including goal-setting frameworks, performance reviews, feedback cycles, and employee development strategies.
- Ability to leverage data and analytics to drive decision-making and process optimization.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to influence and consult at all levels of the organization.
- Advanced understanding of HR technology, HRIS, and performance management platforms.
- Proven ability to coach and mentor managers on performance-related topics.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Experience in employee engagement, retention, and leadership development strategies.
- Strategic Thinker: Able to design and implement systems that align with the company’s business strategy and long-term vision.
