Job Title: Head of International Marketing Reports to: Directors Location: Kolkata Position Overview: We seek an experienced and visionary marketing leader to drive Tower's international marketing strategy, expand market presence, and enhance brand awareness across key markets worldwide. Responsibilities: 1. Develop and execute Tower's international marketing strategy, aligning with overall business objectives. 2. Lead and manage a team of international marketing professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and strategic direction. 3. Collaborate with regional marketing teams to ensure cohesive messaging and execution of campaigns. 4. Conduct market research and analysis to identify global trends, customer needs, and competitive insights. 5. Plan and oversee implementation of marketing campaigns across multiple channels (digital, social media, PR, events, partnerships). 6. Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize effectiveness and ROI. 7. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders (international partners, agencies, vendors). 8. Drive innovation in marketing approaches and techniques to differentiate Tower globally. 9. Ensure brand consistency and compliance across international marketing initiatives. 10. Manage international marketing budgets, allocating resources effectively. Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred. 2. Proven experience in international marketing roles. 3. Demonstrated success in developing and implementing international marketing strategies driving growth and market expansion. 4. Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing high-performing teams. 5. Deep understanding of global markets, cultural nuances, and customer behaviors. 6. Excellent analytical abilities with a data-driven approach to decision-making. 7. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, influencing and collaborating across functions and geographies. Desirable Qualifications: 1. Experience in the engineering, infrastructure, transmission and distribution, or related sectors. 2. Familiarity with industry trends, technologies, and regulatory frameworks.
