Roles & Responsibilities Acquire knowledge and detailed understanding on customer’s network architecture Validate Scope of Work and Due Diligence of Data and identify gaps Validate RLS and identify skill gaps Gather required and detailed information and develop SMTD with complete understanding of customer network architecture Responsible for giving reverse knowledge transfer to BAU and getting sign-off from customer and internal stakeholders Effectively articulate risks and get sign-off on SMTD, Risk Register and other technical/operational documents. Propose risk mitigation plan and options. Participate in project planning and prepare MPP Responsible for implementing best practice, hardening, service assurance roll-out Knowledge and ability to identify the risks on the customer Network and Security Architecture & make recommendations of solution options according to the industry best practices relevant for customer landscape Changes management in customer end Network devices for remote management of devices and on boarding of Monitoring tool Self-driven and self-motivated individual who can lead from the front and take end to end ownership of the Network and Security Tower for seamless transition and smooth Go Live of services from the perspective of People, Process and Technology. Monitor day-to-day operations and management for customer Network infrastructure. Coordination with multiple vendors Handling escalated incidents or high critical tickets. Develop and maintain architecture diagrams and documents Prepare SoPs and SMTD Skills Primary Skill (Must to Have) Secondary Skill (Nice to have) Technical Skills Cisco ASA (55XX), Paloalto (54XX, 34XX) & Fortigate Firewall (FG- 900G, 1000F, 1800F, 2200E, etc.) Switches - Cisco Routers - Cisco ISR, ASR Wireless - Cisco Protocols - VLAN, STP, VTP, HSRP, VRRP, LCAP Routing Protocols - EIGRP, OSPF, BGP Tools - Cisco Prime, SolarWinds Load Balancer (F5 / Citrix) Cisco ISE Behavioral Skill Fair Written & Verbal Communication Skills Experience of handling global customers Commitment Organized Proactive Certification CCNP in R&S, CCNA-Security/ PCNSE ITIL
