- Version upgrade experience on Informatica IDQ
- Informatica IDQ job maintenance experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Team leading experience
- Informatica PowerCenter Admin experience
- Professional certification
- Experience on Redwood scheduler
- Working with client technical manager, propose and finalize the overall upgrade strategy for IDQ along with estimate
- Performing the version upgrade for IDQ end-to-end
- Coordinate with Informatica vendor for resolving any technical issues during upgrade
- Act as a technical lead for the existing Informatica team
- Groom existing team members in admin area
