This is a remote position. Job Title: Technical Support Specialist Nature of Business: EV (electronic vehicle) chargers Hours: 40 hours per week; Full Time Rate: 7AUD/hour As part of the requirements kindly take this assessment : NONNEGOTIABLE REQUIREMENTS: 1. English skills are at a professional level (C1)2. Analytical thinking and good with numbers 3. Great customer support skills in a technical role (previous amazon seller central experience is a big plus) We are looking for someone who wants to join a small team and grow along with the company. We are aiming to significantly increase the number of employees and worldwide operations within the next few years. The ideal candidate will have the ability to provide support as part of the helpdesk team as well as help with worldwide operations. Working hours: (Choose whichever you prefer)1. First role 6am to 3pm. 2. Second role 3pm to midnight Manila time with one hour break slight flexibility with hours. Fully remote Responsibilities: · Provide email chat and phone customer support. You ll need to learn the product in and out. · Technical ability to understand the way our ev chargers are programmed and operated. No prior knowledge of EV chargers is required. Tech / auto passion will help a lot in this role. · Help manage ecommerce (Amazon eBay own website). · Track shipments across the world. · Help manage worldwide warehouse network. · Help manage worldwide sales channels and stock levels. · Execute shipments to and from our warehouses and prevent outofstock scenarios. · New order placements. · Help with product launch campaigns (Amazon eBay own website). · Help manage suppliers and partners across multiple continents. · Help maintain an uptodate Knowledge Base. Qualifications: · As close to perfect English skills (minimum C1) both written and verbal. ·3 years of experience in a similar role. · Professional email manner. · Strong organizational and communication skills. · Strong ability to multitask. · Proven track records of task ownership. · Resourcefulness. · Intermediate with Microsoft Office in particular Excel and Outlook. · Amazon Seller prior experience is a very big plus. · Technical or auto background is a plus.
