Description

We’re seeking a talented Report Specialist to join our team of highly skilled professionals. You will be responsible for designing, coding, testing, and deploying client-facing dashboards, reports, invoices, bill layouts, etc., primarily using SAP Crystal Reports and Power BI. We’re particularly interested in candidates who have client-facing experience and an understanding of relational database models and SQL. You will be joining the Project Team based in Dublin.

Key Responsibilities

• Adhering to a schedule of work as prioritised by your line manager.
• Liaising with clients to identify and confirm user requirements.
• Design dashboards and reports using Power BI and SAP Crystal Reports.
• Conduct unit testing and deploy for UAT.
• Support UAT and provide timely fixes to issue logs.
• Control & monitor what’s in scope.
• Initiate and manage change control.
• Deploy clean, efficient solutions based on user requirements.
• Provide technical support to our clients and internal support team post-implementation.
• Create technical documents and train staff.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

• Proficient in SAP Crystal Reports or similar reporting software.
• Knowledge/experience of Power BI would be an asset.
• Good working knowledge of SQL.
• Experience in producing reports in an Agile environment.
• Understanding of Azure DevOps, remote support tools, and support logging applications.
• Able to manage a number of software projects concurrently, either individually or under a programme of work.
• Team player, with a willingness to support and help colleagues when necessary.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Exceptional communication and customer service skills, as dealing with customers by phone is a significant part of the role.
