Our client, a leading company in the Electronic Manufacturing industry, is seeking a dynamic, motivated, and results-driven Hunter-Type Sales Representative to join their remote-based sales team in Gauteng (Randburg area) As a vital part of the sales team, you will be tasked with driving sales growth and meeting targets. This remote role is ideal for a self-motivated individual who excels at closing deals and generating new business Duties and Responsibilities :
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities ideally in the electronic manufacturing market
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
- Collaborate with the technical engineer on-site for support and to ensure seamless communication between clients and our technical team
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets and quotas
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competition, and opportunities for growth
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients
- Manage the sales pipeline effectively, from lead generation to deal closure
- Track sales metrics and report on performance against targets
- Proven experience in sales (between 5 – 10 years), preferably within the electronics or manufacturing sector
- Strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Technical aptitude to understand and communicate complex product information
- A proactive approach with a hunter mentality towards sales
- Passionate about driving success and motivated by commissions and incentives
