Business Field Sales Development Manager (Remote)

Hisun Technologies is one of the most reliable manufacturers of product identification materials in Ireland, exporting to Europe and the rest of the world. Customers range from electronics and engineering to blue-chip companies and household names. Job Purpose:
  1. Generate sales and leads growing the business Ireland wide, creating a Business Development and Strategic Growth Plan.
  2. Deliver Sales and Business Development for existing and new Clients for Hisun Technologies.
  3. Establish robust business and sales development processes and sales leads for the business.
  4. Source & respond to Tender Bids, Contracts Public & Private, Ireland wide.
  5. Develop an understanding of the business and its current and prospective products and services.
  6. Maintain and build relationships further with the existing client base leading to increased business.
  7. Research organisations and individuals to identify potential new markets and locations in Ireland.
  8. Develop and deliver sales presentations or meetings. Attendance at conferences, buyer events, sales conventions, etc.
  9. Maintain all aspects of company CRM in respect of new business.
  10. Comply with all internal and external processes and quality systems relevant to the role.
  11. Perform any other duties as may be reasonably required from time to time.
Qualifications and Desirable Criteria:
  1. Experienced professional with a minimum of 4 years in Business Development and Client engagement, with some relevancy in sales in this field.
  2. Strong communication skills including verbal, written, and presentation skills.
  3. Independent, self-driven, motivated, and accountable.
  4. Work collaboratively with the Marketing team on the social media and digital marketing plan.
  5. Sourcing and responding to Public Tender Bids and Private Contracts.
  6. Administration and attention to detail is necessary.
  7. Some relevant experience within the market-place as noted above.
Additional Information:
  1. Targets negotiable with MD.
  2. Working from home when required is optional and can be facilitated.
  3. Salary: €40k plus commission OTE €55-65k.
  4. Company Vehicle (or allowance), Laptop, Phone, and expenses provided.
  5. Reporting to MD Hisun Technologies Ltd.
  6. Schedule: Monday to Friday.
  7. Supplemental pay types: Commission pay.
  8. Work Location: Hybrid remote in Kilcoole Industrial Estate, Greystones, CO. Wicklow.
