As a Delivery Recruitment Consultant, you will focus on sourcing and placing candidates in roles aligned with their skills and career goals, supporting U.K. clients exclusively. This role has no sales or business development responsibilities. Key Responsibilities

• Candidate Sourcing: Identify, engage, and screen top candidates for roles in the U.K. construction, engineering, and consultancy sectors .
• Pipeline Development: Build and maintain talent pipelines in South Africa and the U.K. .
• Candidate Management: Develop long-term relationships with candidates, ensuring their career goals align with client requirements.
• Collaboration: Work closely with account managers to deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
• Focus Area: Manage roles for the U.K. market, aligning candidates’ expertise with client needs.

• Recruitment Experience: At least 12 months of experience in recruitment , ideally in construction , engineering , or consultancy sectors .
• Technical Skills: Proficient with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) , sourcing tools , and recruitment software.
• Soft Skills: Strong communication, organisation, and relationship-building skills.
• Remote Work Skills: Ability to work independently in a remote environment, managing multiple priorities.
