Job Title : Business Development Representative (BDR) Experience : 2 to 4 years Location : Kochi Job Summary : We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) with experience in lead generation and business development. The ideal candidate will have exposure to global markets, preferably North America, and a proven track record of driving revenue growth by identifying and engaging potential clients. Key Responsibilities :

  • Market Research : Identify potential customers and key decision-makers within target companies.
  • Lead Engagement : Reach out to leads via various channels (emails, calls, LinkedIn, etc.) and schedule meetings with Sales Managers for further discussions.
  • CRM Management : Maintain and update the HubSpot CRM with accurate lead information, ensuring the sales pipeline is effectively managed.
  • Event Participation : Represent the company at industry events, webinars, and conferences to generate leads and enhance brand visibility.
  • Campaign Collaboration : Work closely with content and design teams to create and execute targeted messaging and lead-generation campaigns.
Qualifications and Skills :
  • Prior experience in BDR and lead generation roles, with a focus on global markets (North America preferred).
  • Strong research and analytical skills to identify and qualify leads.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools like HubSpot.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams to achieve business goals.
