Job Title: Client Relations Specialist Location: 100% Remote Compensation: $5 to $7 per HR + .5% of Gross Profit per Sale Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Client Relations Specialist to join our team. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our clients have a seamless and positive experience throughout the home selling process. The ideal candidate will have a background in real estate, collections, or customer relations and be skilled in managing client expectations, resolving issues, and maintaining clear communication with homeowners. As a Client Relations Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for homeowners who are in the process of selling their property. You will be responsible for keeping them informed of their status, addressing any concerns that may arise, and de-escalating any issues that could potentially disrupt the sale process. You will be engaging with 50+ homeowners each week, ensuring that they feel supported and well-informed throughout their journey with us. Key Responsibilities:- Client Communication: Manage ongoing communication with 50+ homeowners weekly to keep them updated on the status of their home sale. Provide clear, accurate, and timely information to ensure clients are well-informed at all stages of the process.
- Issue Resolution: Act as the first line of defense for any issues or concerns raised by homeowners. Use problem-solving skills to de-escalate situations, offer solutions, and ensure a positive outcome for all parties involved.
- Process Coordination: Work closely with our internal sales, marketing, and legal teams to ensure that the sale process is progressing smoothly. Provide feedback from clients to these teams to improve processes and client satisfaction.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with homeowners, fostering trust and confidence in our services. Ensure that each client feels valued and heard throughout their interaction with our company.
- Performance Tracking: Keep detailed records of all client interactions and issues resolved. Track and report on client satisfaction metrics and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Sales Involvement: Participate in the sales process by supporting the team in negotiations and ensuring that all client needs are met, contributing directly to the successful sale of properties.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate, collections, or a client relations role. Experience in real estate transactions or working directly with homeowners is strongly preferred.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to convey complex information in a clear, concise, and professional manner.
- Problem-Solving: Strong conflict resolution and de-escalation skills. Ability to think quickly and provide solutions that benefit both the client and the company.
- Organization: Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple clients and tasks simultaneously. Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize work effectively.
- Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using CRM software, communication tools, and other technology to manage client interactions and track progress.
- Remote Work: Proven ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
- Base Salary: $5 to $7 per hr
