Your key job responsibilities as the Turkish speaking Customer Care Specialist in Johannesburg, South Africa (Remote) will include:
- Providing excellent customer service with patience and empathy.
- Responding to participant queries in their preferred language, maintaining a high level of urgency.
- Understanding client incentives thoroughly to assist with queries effectively.
- Utilizing the query system and managing multiple tasks with attention to detail.
- Building and maintaining relationships with colleagues and external partners.
- Tracking queries and adhering to client service level agreements.
- Identifying trends in queries and providing insightful information.
- Assisting with daily communication to participants via SMS and email.
- Managing databases and ensuring accurate records of rewards.
- Checking client websites for accuracy and discrepancies.
- Must be fluent in Turkish and English.
- Must either be a stay-at-home mom or a housewife (as part of our client’s company culture).
- Previous customer care service will be highly advantageous.
- Need to be fully set up at home to work remotely (desk, laptop/computer, strong internet connection).
