WTT PRODUCTION COORDINATOR World Table Tennis (WTT) is a commercial entity created by the ITTF to grow the professionalisation of table tennis by running ITTF’s commercial and events business. Taking a new, innovative and entrepreneurial approach to how table tennis should manage its competition platform and positioning, WTT has been tasked with re-imagining a new professional event structure, re-energising the entertainment and fan experience, and re-defining the new era. WTT is seeking a detailed and organised individual who has good interpersonal skills and will be working closely with a team of production professionals. RESPONSIBILITIES: Logistical Coordination
- Support production logistics for overseas events, including travel arrangements, visa processing, accommodation bookings, and onsite office setup.
- Coordinate live remote streaming productions, liaising with commentators, suppliers, and clients.
- Research travel regulations, including work permits and medical requirements.
- Assist in managing production budgets, ensuring cost efficiency in all aspects of event production.
- Prepare pre- and post-event documentation, such as budgets, call sheets, commentary schedules, and reports.
- Collaborate with the Production Manager and Producers on planning and executing production schedules to meet WTT’s standards and timelines.
- Participate in risk management tasks, including drafting risk assessments and ensuring compliance with safety protocols.
- Provide administrative and logistical support to senior team members.
- Coordinate with freelance staff and contractors, assisting in onboarding and ensuring adherence to production guidelines.
- Assist in obtaining quotes and managing relationships with third-party vendors.
- Any other duties as assigned by Management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Film Production, Media, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in production coordination, ideally in sports broadcasting or live events.
- Familiar with budgeting, scheduling, and basic project coordination tools.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
- Basic understanding of risk assessment and compliance processes.
- A teamplayer with effective communication skills.
- Experience with production management software and tools.
- Basic knowledge of audiovisual and broadcast equipment is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Passion for sport and business;
- Ability to work in multiple languages, with preference for Southeast Asian Languages.
