Job details

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at SEIDOR. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing new business opportunities in the Kuwait market.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company sales targets and objectives.
  • Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed individual and team sales goals.
  • Identify new business opportunities and target potential clients to expand the customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Conduct sales presentations, negotiate contracts, and close deals with clients.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify sales opportunities.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts, reports, and analysis to senior management.
  • Collaborate with other departments such as marketing and product development to support sales efforts.
  • Coach and train sales team members on sales techniques, product knowledge, and effective sales strategies.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar sales leadership role.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to gather and interpret sales data and metrics.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills to drive sales initiatives.
  • Knowledge of the industry and market trends.
  • Flexibility to travel and work in a dynamic, fast-paced sales environment.
