What you need to know Matrix Recruitment is seeking to recruit an EIA Specialist for our client based in the County Kildare area. Commutable from: Carlow, Athy, Naas, Kilcock, Maynooth, Leixlip, Clane, Celbridge, Dunboyne, Trim & Laois areas. This is a permanent job with hybrid flexibility. You will lead evaluations of how renewable energy projects will affect the environment. Your new job Key duties & responsibilities:

  • Lead Assessments: Manage environmental evaluations and report findings.
  • Ensure Compliance: Advise on meeting environmental laws and regulations.
  • Engage Communities: Communicate with local communities and gather feedback.
What are we looking for?
  • Level 8 Degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering or related disciplines.
  • EIA Expertise: 5+ years in preparing Environmental Impact Assessments for large projects.
  • EIA experience is key, working on EIA reports in the Irish market.
  • Project Management: Experience leading teams on environmental assessments.
  • Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with relevant environmental laws and policies.
