We are seeking a motivated and creative Marketing and Admissions Executive to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to both marketing and student recruitment efforts. The ideal candidate will have a passion for education, strong communication skills, and proficiency in creating visual content. Experience with digital marketing, photography, video editing, and graphic design is essential to support the school's marketing campaigns and admissions initiatives. Fluency in both English and Chinese (Mandarin) is required, as you will be working with a diverse group of students and parents. Key Responsibilities: Marketing:
- Create and design engaging content for digital platforms (social media, website) and print materials.
- Capture high-quality photos and videos of school events, campus, and student activities to create compelling content.
- Edit and produce short videos for social media, website, and marketing purposes.
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns to promote the school’s brand and programs.
- Monitor and report on marketing campaign performance, analyzing data and suggesting improvements.
- Assist with organizing school events, fairs, and outreach activities to build brand awareness.
- Assist in managing the admissions process, including responding to inquiries from prospective students and parents.
- Support the preparation and submission of application materials and communications for prospective families.
- Maintain and update student databases and track the status of applications.
- Work closely with the Admissions team to ensure a smooth and efficient enrollment process.
- A degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Strong interest in education and a passion for supporting student recruitment.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop (for graphic design) and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar).
- Experience with photography (able to capture high-quality photos for school events, campus life, and promotional materials).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Mandarin Chinese.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- A team player with a positive attitude, creative mindset, and a willingness to take initiative.
- Previous experience in marketing, admissions, or customer service is an advantage.
- Knowledge of the local education market in Singapore is a plus.
