- Shift work to include weekend availability
- Base Salary of €38000k - €44000

- Full clean driving licence (Category B); BE & BC licences are a plus.
- Practical knowledge of vehicle mechanics and prior experience in a similar role.
- Flexible to work 40 hours a week, including weekends and overtime during peak periods.
- Strong passion for the motor industry and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Positive, can-do attitude with high energy and eagerness to excel.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with customers.
- Proven track record of meeting deadlines, KPIs, and working well in a team.
- Perform high-quality repairs or part replacements on vehicles at the scene of breakdowns, both private and commercial.
- Assess repair options, manage costs, and arrange recovery or garage assistance as needed in coordination with the support team.
- Maintain professionalism in driving, customer service, and safety, upholding the company's image and standards.
- Effectively use communication systems and ensure all interactions meet required standards.
- Keep vehicles, tools, and equipment in excellent working condition.
