Role Overview:
As a Customer Support Agent, you will be the go-to contact for our customers, handling inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring positive interactions across various channels. Your role will be vital in enhancing the customer experience and fostering strong relationships.Main Responsibilities:
- Deliver top-tier support via voice (phone) and non-voice (email, chat) channels.
- Troubleshoot customer concerns and provide timely solutions.
- Actively listen to customer needs and offer personalized assistance.
- Gather feedback to improve our services and contribute to team strategies.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a supportive and efficient work environment.
What We're Looking For:
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills with a customer-first attitude.
- Experience using support software like Zendesk, Freshdesk, etc. (a plus).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Familiarity with eCommerce platforms or CRM systems (preferred).
- Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets for data tracking and reporting.
Technical Requirements:
- Personal computer or laptop with at least 15 Mbps for both upload and download speeds.
- Backup internet connection (minimum 10 Mbps) will be required upon employment.
