The Role of the Customer Success Manager is pivotal, as you will own the post-sale customer relationships for Demand Response customers in Ireland. The position will complement the Energy Markets and Operations teams to ensure clear and consistent customer communications for onboarding, enrolment, and testing requirements. You will be the primary point of contact for Ireland Demand Response and Flexibility customers, addressing questions about payments, performance, and program rules. As part of the sales team, the Customer Success Manager acts as a subject matter expert, establishing relationships with clients to better understand their current and future energy requirements. This role helps clients strategically achieve or set goals while offering solutions to decarbonize and access new revenue opportunities. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Customer acquisition
  2. Upsell & retention
  3. Customer onboarding & account management
  4. Customer advocacy
Minimum Requirements: For this role, you will need to come from a strong energy background - knowledge of Demand Response Programmes as well as DER (distributed energy resources) CHP, PV, backup generation, etc. You should have a passion for delivering great customer sales, service, and management, and be enthusiastic to transform the energy sector through innovative business solutions.
