What this job involves: Supporting the team You will be working side-by-side with the team to ensure the success of a project – from its initiation to design phase to construction and to completion. The projects are many and varied, including variations in project dollar value and complexity. Managing multiple projects concurrently Several projects are ongoing at various stages; hence you will have to coordinate with multiple vendors to ensure no downtime during works. You will be involved in preparing project specifications and project timelines, preparing tender or bid documents, vendor procurement, and weekly project reports and updates to be submitted to stakeholders. Delivering projects within the established budgets and timelines is key! Sounds like you?

• Have prior experience in Project Management in a Consultancy environment or as a Contractor.

To apply you need to be: Client-centric problem solver You should have a degree in a relevant field and/or around three to six years’ experience in design, construction, project management in interior fit-out projects for multinational clients. A strong background in all aspects of interior fit-out management—including management on schedule, quality, cost and risk management, and negotiation—is preferred. Business savvy and action-oriented You should have a high level of understanding and technical expertise in business. We deliver projects that help our clients succeed as well as help JLL achieve our business and financial goals. A great communicator with superb organisational skills You should be capable of leading by example and fostering a creative environment. Clear communication is key, as is collaboration and teamwork.
