We are working with a fintech company and as part of their continued growth NodeFlair has been engaged to search for a Staff Software Engineer to join their Singapore team. We are looking for an experienced Staff Engineer specializing in backend technology. Youll lead a team design complex software and ensure scalability and reliability of systems. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineers.
- Own the design and architecture of critical software components.
- Write and review scalable maintainable code .
- Collaborate across teams translating requirements into technical solutions .
- 6 years in backend development and cloud infrastructure .
- Expertise in Go and knowledge of Java Python Ruby is a plus.
- Strong ss in distributed systems microservices and cloudnative computing .
- Experience with unit testing integration testing and project leadership.
