What You Will Do
- Perform predictive, planned, preventive, and corrective maintenance on hotel equipment and systems.
- Maintain and analyze utility consumption and machinery performance records, addressing inefficiencies and ensuring resource availability (water, gas, fuel) at all times.
- Ensure sufficient inventory of parts, materials, and tools, along with their proper utilization and upkeep.
- Accurately estimate materials, tools, and time required for assigned tasks and projects.
- Respond efficiently and professionally to guest and employee inquiries, ensuring maximum satisfaction and compliance with Four Seasons’ standards.
- Coordinate third-party services for on-site repairs and maintenance.
- Handle guest and employee complaints courteously, reporting unresolved issues to supervisors for follow-up.
- Execute daily maintenance tasks for kitchen and laundry equipment, addressing any defects immediately and reporting to supervisors.
- Receive and complete daily maintenance orders, recording time and materials used.
- Assist with repairs and maintenance across mechanical, electrical, lighting, and plumbing systems as needed.
- Undertake additional duties as assigned by the Chief Engineer or Engineering Manager.
- At least 2 years’ experience in the same field and ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Requires attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Diploma or degree in relevant field is a plus.
- Good command of the English language.
