Key Responsibilities:

1. Foster a culture of respect and responsibility through proactive behavior and attendance policies.
2. Serve as a mentor, providing guidance and support to help students navigate challenges.
3. Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support students' academic and social development.
4. Oversee programs that promote student engagement, community involvement, and personal development.
5. Lead initiatives to create a safe, inclusive school environment where all students feel valued.

Requirements:

1. Master's degree in Education, Counseling, or a related field.
2. Experience in student support, counseling, or a similar role in a secondary school setting.
3. Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills, with a focus on student well-being and commitment to student advocacy.
