The Head of Digitalization will lead efforts to enhance guest experiences, optimize operations, and improve overall business performance by implementing innovative digital solutions. This role is pivotal in driving our commitment to delivering exceptional service and achieving operational excellence through technology.

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive digitalization strategy aligned with the hotel's vision and objectives.
  • Lead digital transformation initiatives to enhance guest experiences, including digital check-ins, personalized services, and smart room technologies.
  • Stay abreast of emerging trends in hospitality technology and integrate best practices into the hotel's operations.
  • Implement digital tools to streamline back-office operations, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and maintenance.
  • Oversee the deployment of IoT, AI, and other cutting-edge technologies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Partner with internal departments to identify and address digital needs.
  • Develop and enhance digital touchpoints such as mobile apps, websites, and kiosks to improve guest engagement and satisfaction.
  • Leverage data analytics to create personalized guest experiences, including tailored offers, dining suggestions, and itinerary planning.
  • Implement innovative digital payment solutions, loyalty programs, and seamless booking systems.
  • Collaborate with IT, marketing, operations, and other departments to ensure cohesive integration of digital solutions.
