Requirement: : 1. Office Hour - 8:30am to 5:30pm 2. Proficient in Microsoft and Auto-Cad Sofware. 3. At least 4 Years of working experience and have experience in the related field is required for this position. 4. Candidate must possess at least education Diploma / Secondary in any field. 5. Able to communicate in written and verbal for English and Chinese 6. Must have the Workplace Safety Health Officer Cert . Job Description : 1. Analyse data on Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) performance, conditions and practices. 2. Carry out WSH compliance inspections. 3. Clarify WSH programme requirements to employees of other departments. 4. Coach team members on how to conduct routine checks on work activities. 5. Conduct WSH incident and accident investigations. 6. Conduct document reviews of Workplace Safety and Health Management System (WSHMS) reports. 7. Coordinate Emergency Preparedness and Response Plan (EPRP) drills and the maintenance of emergency response equipment. 8. Coordinate WSH programme initiatives. 9. Develop and deliver safety briefings. 10. Evaluate WSH non-compliance, unsafe work conditions and practices to identify WSH performance gaps. 11. Evaluate impact of health hazards to employees' safety and prioritise issues based on severity. 12. Highlight barriers in complying with WSH policy and procedure. 13. Identify areas for improvement in the WSHMS. 14. Implement Emergency Preparedness and Response Plan (EPRP) and communicate it to stakeholders. 15. Implement Workplace Safety and Health Management System (WSHMS) and Risk Management (RM) plans within scope of own work. 16. Maintain WSHMS documentation. 17. Monitor the implementation progress of recommended WSHMS improvements. 18. Propose corrective and preventive measures to address root cause of incident. 19. Review investigation findings to identify causes of incidents and accidents. 20. Support Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) policy and procedure implementation.
