Mobile Service Technician
Job details
Responsibilities:
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair devices.
Troubleshooting devices to identify aspects of the programming that might need repairs.
Repair and replacement of defective parts, components or upgrading software to rectify the fault.
To conduct maintenance checks to ensure quality and efficiency of devices.
Ensure that all repairs meet or exceed quality standards including repair turnaround time and quality of each repair.
Adhere to OEM and Company’s SOP to achieve KPIs and repair processes.
To churn daily productivity reports (including reporting of common faults found during diagnosis or repairs).
Keep track of all devices and inventory while safeguarding all store stock.
Ensure all work tools are in good condition.
Delivery professional and high-quality service experience.
Identify customers’ needs and maintaining a continuous high level of customer service delivery and satisfaction.
Provide general administrative duties.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of working experience in mobile engineering in an IT orientated environment.
ITE in Electronic / IT or technical skills certificate preferred.
Certified in Apple Mac/iOS or AAD (Android) will be an added advantage.
Will require to undergo and pass Apple certifications exams during probation period.
Willing to learn new repair skills for different types of electronic devices.
Computer literate.
Capable of troubleshooting and find device issues.
Possess a good sense of customer service, responsibility and integrity.
Friendly, good etiquette, service oriented.
Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
