Content Moderator - German Speakers

I'm on the lookout for German speakers - Content Experts / Content Moderation - to join an exciting and international team in Dublin ! As a Content Moderator, you will be:

• Investigating and resolving reported issues (inquiries via ticketing system), such as requests for account support or potentially abusive content.
• Enforcing clients' Terms of Use by carefully monitoring reports of abuse on the site.
• Using market specific knowledge and insights to find scalable solutions to improve the support of our community of users.

I am looking for these skills in you:

• Familiarity with online content.
• A team player.
• Attention to detail.
• Motivation and ambition.

Language skills:

• Fluent in German (minimum C1 level!)
• Advanced level of English (minimum B2 level)

Location: Dublin 3 or Dublin 18 - this is an in-office job - Monday-Friday Salary: 32.000€ per year Start date: 29th of May Advice: You need to be okay with sensitive content!
