Position : Performance Senior Officer Location : Kuwait – Head Office Type : Full-time As a Performance Senior Officer at ABYAT , you will play a key role in driving operational excellence, enhancing productivity, and ensuring high performance across various departments within the organisation. You will work closely with senior management and department heads to implement strategies, analyse performance metrics, and identify areas for improvement. Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement performance strategies aligned with the organisation's overall goals and objectives.
  • Identify, establish, and monitor KPIs that reflect the organisation's performance.
  • Analyse and interpret performance data to provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Conduct benchmarking activities to compare the organisation's performance against industry standards and best practices.
  • Implement and manage performance measurement systems, ensuring they are accurate, reliable, and accessible.
  • Develop and implement initiatives to drive continuous improvement in processes and workflows.
  • Effectively communicate performance insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Oversee performance improvement projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
  • Support the organisation in adopting changes resulting from performance improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
  • Strong understanding of performance management principles and KPI development.
  • Proficiency in developing and implementing KPIs that align with organisational objectives.
  • Experience in measuring and evaluating performance at organisational and individual levels.
  • Familiarity with conducting performance surveys and analysing feedback.
  • Knowledge of performance management systems, preferably Success Factors.
  • Excellent written communication skills.
  • 3 - 5 years of experience in performance management or a related field is preferred.
