General Description of Role and Responsibilities:

  1. Gather and analyze data: Collecting and evaluating relevant data to support project decisions and design considerations.
  2. Contribute to team collaboration: Fresh graduates are part of a team environment and should actively collaborate with other engineers, technicians, and stakeholders to achieve project goals. They should be effective communicators and contribute positively to teamwork.
  3. Prepare technical documents: Drafting reports, specifications, and other technical documentation to communicate project details and findings.
  4. Adhere to safety regulations: Fresh graduates must prioritize safety in all aspects of their work, adhering to company safety policies and procedures to protect themselves and others.
  5. Conduct research and testing: Performing research and conducting experiments to validate design concepts and ensure project feasibility.
Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge and Skills: Bachelor's degree in engineering from an accredited university. Experience required will be up to 2 years. Knowledge of principles of engineering design and analysis. Proficiency in engineering mathematics, including calculus, differential equations, and linear algebra. Understanding of engineering science, including physics, chemistry, and materials science. Familiarity with engineering software tools, such as CAD (computer-aided design) and CAM (computer-aided manufacturing). Informs themselves of the relevant Quality, Environmental, Safety and Occupational Health Policies, Manuals and Procedures within Hill International and ensures continued compliance with these requirements while employed by Hill.
