We are seeking a Global Energy Supply Specialist to join the Global Analysis Department (GAD) and work in the Global Outlook Group within Strategy & Market (SMA) organization.<br />

The core function of the SMA organization is to advise the company&#39;s management and guide other departments within the company on energy markets and outlooks, macroeconomic outlook, Energy pricing, international energy policies and regulations, and economic evaluations as well as assist in business planning and strategy formulation.<br />

The Global Energy Supply Specialist will provide Corporate Management as well as other organizations within the company with global Energy supply outlooks in the short, medium and long terms using a bottom up approach, and forecast the call on Saudi Aramco crude Energy production. The specialist will also monitor current and future regulations to identify possible impacts on the Company&#39;s Energy business as well as be capable of running sophisticated models (in-house) for forecasting.<br />

The Global Energy Supply Specialist will provide Corporate Management as well as other organizations within the company with global Energy supply outlooks in the short, medium and long terms using a bottom up approach, and forecast the call on Saudi Aramco crude Energy production. The specialist will also monitor current and future regulations to identify possible impacts on the Company&#39;s Energy business as well as be capable of running sophisticated models (in-house) for forecasting.</p>

	<li>Delivering detailed country analysis encompassing the factors that affect the country&#39;s Energy supply such as commercial developments, reserves growth, other discoveries, infrastructure issues, marketed crude streams and crude quality outlook.</li>
	<li>Analyzing well, field and basin reports to determine production statistics and results.</li>
	<li>Providing in-depth tracking of information, news flows and consultancies reports on macroeconomic, energy and company related coverage.</li>
	<li>Developing, maintaining and utilizing an extensive external network of contacts including strategic advisors, investment banks, international and national Energy and gas companies, think tanks, academics, and consultants.</li>
	<li>Responding to queries regarding specific supply related topics.</li>
	<li>Representing SMA and GAD in Saudi Aramco events in order to increase employee understanding to the energy industry.</li>

	<li>Minimum of 15 years experience in the energy industry, in particular the oi and gas upstream sector. Thereof, at least 5 years of relevant modeling and forecasting experience with a large Energy consultancy.</li>
	<li>Deep understanding of the technical/fundamental drivers in upstream Energy and gas</li>

	<li>Ability to communicate with individuals and groups from diverse professional backgrounds at all levels both within the organization and externally.</li>

The department looks at factors affecting market conditions as well as provides forecasts on global product prices. The department develops scenarios and market insights to support executive management decision-making.<br />

The LP and modelling specialist will be responsible for managing, developing, improving, maintaining and using LPs and other models to help set monthly crude oil selling price (OSPs) and LPG Contract Price (CPs) as well as to forecast the short term and long term evolution of the refinery system, product supply, product pricing, and crude pricing. The person will be part of the Oil Pricing Team but also work with the Global Outlook team as refinery models are spread between the two.<br />

	<li>To challenge, validate, innovate and improve models and tools to forecast the petrochemical sector (yield and technology shifts, petchem plant upgrades, bio-supply, cost of production, refinery integration, petchem margins and profitability of investments, feedstock and petchem product valuation, trade flows, etc.)</li>
	<li>Represents Saudi Aramco at industry conferences and seminars. Travel is required one or two times a year.</li>

The LP and modelling specialist will be responsible for managing, developing, improving, maintaining and using LPs and other models to help set monthly crude oil selling price (OSPs) and LPG Contract Price (CPs) as well as to forecast the short term and long term evolution of the refinery system, product supply, product pricing, and crude pricing. The person will be part of the Oil Pricing Team but also work with the Global Outlook team as refinery models are spread between the two.</p>

	<li>Experience gained from within O&G industry: trading houses, consultancy, downstream players.</li>

We are seeking an <b>Economic Analyst to have the </b>overall responsibility in understanding, developing and maintaining economic and financial models and cost competitive analysis for the low carbon hydrogen (LCH) and derivative markets and businesses.<br />
<br />
The role will spearhead and deliver economic insights, build and run economic and financial analysis for the low carbon hydrogen (LCH) business from a product/derivative, regulation, hydrogen carrier, price formation, project and company perspective. The position will also run various sensitivities factoring in different prices, technologies, locations, transport and other relevant and applicable variables. Furthermore, this position will lead and run financial and economic modelling for Aramco low carbon hydrogen/ammonia projects and valuation exercises as part of screening and due diligence exercises for new M&A and investment opportunities.<br />

Ultimately, these activities will provide support in shaping the current and future business strategy, investment decisions, off-take pricing discussions with partners and customers and other relevant business activities<br />

The incumbent will be Aramco&#39;s ultimate economic and financial authority on the low carbon hydrogen/ammonia market, connecting with outside consultants when needed.<br />

	<li>Develop and maintain a deep understanding of project economics for the low carbon hydrogen value chain and low carbon economy</li>
	<li>Regularly reports and presents to management and applicable teams&#39; relevant economic analysis, impacts and updates based on project configuration changes and other applicable factors</li>
	<li>Carry out end-to-end project economic assessments across the entire value chain, from feedstocks to various end-markets</li>
	<li>Conduct cost competitiveness and benchmarking of various projects from a feedstock, technology, location and hydrogen carrier perspective</li>
	<li>Provides insights and drives financial and economic assessments and due diligence exercises relating to projects and potential investments, as well as strategic assessments of potential partners and customers</li>
	<li>Assist in establishing and shaping pricing mechanisms and strategies for low carbon hydrogen and ammonia</li>
	<li>Develop and maintain a deep understanding of technologies and processes for LCH/ammonia and alternatives and different LCH carriers</li>
	<li>Developing generic models and carries out landed cost competitive analysis for LCH/ammonia for our target markets and competition, based on locations, feedstock, technology, hydrogen carriers and different price sets</li>
	<li>Develops and runs various financial models for the low carbon hydrogen business, by monitoring and calculating IRR&#39;s, cashflows, NPV&#39;s, cash cost and conducting margin analysis</li>
	<li>Able to understand and develop profit and loss analysis, as well as understand financial statements and gleaning relevant insights when it comes to competitive assessments and benchmarking</li>
	<li>Train and mentoring junior analyst, while keeping abreast with the market, pricing and industry developments within the low carbon hydrogen business</li>

We are seeking an <b>Economic Analyst to have the </b>overall responsibility in understanding, developing and maintaining economic and financial models and cost competitive analysis for the low carbon hydrogen (LCH) and derivative markets and businesses.<br />

The role will spearhead and deliver economic insights, build and run economic and financial analysis for the low carbon hydrogen (LCH) business from a product/derivative, regulation, hydrogen carrier, price formation, project and company perspective. The position will also run various sensitivities factoring in different prices, technologies, locations, transport and other relevant and applicable variables. Furthermore, this position will lead and run financial and economic modelling for Aramco low carbon hydrogen/ammonia projects and valuation exercises as part of screening and due diligence exercises for new M&A and investment opportunities.<br />

Ultimately, these activities will provide support in shaping the current and future business strategy, investment decisions, off-take pricing discussions with partners and customers and other relevant business activities<br />

	<li>Develop and maintain a deep understanding of project economics for the low carbon hydrogen value chain and low carbon economy</li>
	<li>Regularly reports and presents to management and applicable teams&#39; relevant economic analysis, impacts and updates based on project configuration changes and other applicable factors</li>
	<li>Carry out end-to-end project economic assessments across the entire value chain, from feedstocks to various end-markets</li>
	<li>Conduct cost competitiveness and benchmarking of various projects from a feedstock, technology, location and hydrogen carrier perspective</li>
	<li>Provides insights and drives financial and economic assessments and due diligence exercises relating to projects and potential investments, as well as strategic assessments of potential partners and customers</li>
	<li>Assist in establishing and shaping pricing mechanisms and strategies for low carbon hydrogen and ammonia</li>
	<li>Develop and maintain a deep understanding of technologies and processes for LCH/ammonia and alternatives and different LCH carriers</li>
	<li>Developing generic models and carries out landed cost competitive analysis for LCH/ammonia for our target markets and competition, based on locations, feedstock, technology, hydrogen carriers and different price sets</li>
	<li>Develops and runs various financial models for the low carbon hydrogen business, by monitoring and calculating IRR&#39;s, cashflows, NPV&#39;s, cash cost and conducting margin analysis</li>
	<li>Able to understand and develop profit and loss analysis, as well as understand financial statements and gleaning relevant insights when it comes to competitive assessments and benchmarking</li>
	<li>Train and mentoring junior analyst, while keeping abreast with the market, pricing and industry developments within the low carbon hydrogen business</li>

	<li>Strong economic and financial modelling skills and use of MS Excel and other related software</li>

	<li>Must have excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills and be willing to transfer implicit knowledge to others</li>
	<li>Substantial background in areas of financial management and economic analysis, commercial law, taxation, investments, banking and forex</li>

We are seeking a proactive and knowledgeable Energy Analyst to join to join the Domestic Analysis Department, within the Strategy & Market Analysis organization.<br />
<br />
The Domestic Analysis Department focuses on supporting the domestic oil, gas, and renewable energy sectors in Saudi Arabia. The department is responsible for conducting in-depth energy market analyses, modeling scenarios, and identifying opportunities that align with our company&#39;s energy transition strategy.<br />
<br />
The Senior Energy Analyst will bring a strong understanding of energy markets, particularly within Saudi Arabia, and will play a critical role in advancing our shift towards sustainable energy solutions.</p>

<b>Responsibilities</b><br />
<br />
As a successful candidate you will be required to perform the following:</p>

<ul>
	<li>Conduct comprehensive energy market analyses, focusing on oil, gas, and translate energy data and transition trends into actionable strategies and recommendations for both short-term and long-term planning.</li>
	<li>Support and contribute to the company&#39;s energy transition initiatives by identifying economic and strategic opportunities in renewable energy, energy efficiency, and sustainability-focused solutions.</li>
	<li>Develop and utilize energy modeling tools to forecast future market scenarios, including both traditional and renewable energy sources, as well as transition scenarios.</li>
	<li>Monitor and assess regulatory and policy developments in the Saudi energy sector, evaluating their economic and strategic impacts on our energy transition objectives.</li>
	<li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, strategy, and sustainability, to ensure energy insights and modeling align with broader corporate goals.</li>
	<li>Prepare comprehensive reports, forecasts, and presentations on energy indicators, contributing to strategic decision-making around conventional and sustainable energy investments.</li>
	<li>Conduct scenario planning and sensitivity analyses to support investment strategies and risk management, particularly in relation to the energy transition landscape.</li>
	<li>Mentor junior candidates for the purpose of the mentee&#39;s growth, learning, and career development.</li>

<b>Education & Experience Requirements</b><br />

As a successful candidate you will have:</p>

	<li>Bachelor&#39;s degree in Business, Management or Engineering. A master degree in Energy Economics, Finance, or a related field is a plus.</li>
	<li>Minimum 12 years of experience in energy analysis, with a focus on energy modeling and transition strategies within the oil, gas, or new energies (renewable, hydrogen, Carbon Capture, Utilization & Storage (CCUS), etc).</li>
	<li>Strong analytical skills with expertise in energy modeling, scenario forecasting, and interpretation of complex data.</li>
	<li>Proficiency in data analysis and statistical tools (e.g., Excel, R, Python, or specialized energy modeling software).</li>
	<li>Knowledge of Saudi Arabian energy market dynamics, including regulatory, policy, and energy transition frameworks.</li>
	<li>Familiarity with energy market databases (e.g., Bloomberg, Thomson Reuters) and sustainability reporting standards.</li>
</ul>
