Job Summary Perform activities related to sales and achieving sales goals, customer follow-up, and solving related problems in a decent manner. Follow up on after-sales and collection from clients. Continuously update customer requirements in terms of offered products and contracts, register orders, and ensure delivery according to specified dates and contractual terms. Duties And Responsibilities
- Perform field visits to the company's customers, pharmacies, and verify the level of stocks available, offering advice about the need to reorder or inform them about the availability of new medical products, and document their orders.
- Comply with annual sales plans and take all necessary measures to achieve the desired growth of the company's sales.
- Ensure customer orders are followed up on their delivery, ensuring they conform to customer demands in terms of quality, quantity, and delivery dates.
- Build a market database including supply and demand, prices, and competitor activities.
- Review the database of clients and update it periodically.
- Study customer complaints and follow up with the concerned department to resolve these complaints promptly to satisfy customers and maintain their loyalty.
- Continuously update customer orders in terms of products offered and contracts through coordination with the sales supervisor.
- Prepare proposals for clients that ensure competitive pricing while maintaining and enhancing relationships with customers.
- Follow up on customer issues in a decent manner to achieve customer satisfaction.
- Conduct after-sale activities to gain client trust and convey the best image of the company.
- Write periodic reports regarding visits or any problems or complaints from clients.
- Maintain continuous communication with customers to ensure their expectations are met in terms of quality and services provided.
- Achieve targeted financial goals as per the sales plan.
- Monitor product return levels from customers and pharmacies.
- Visit customers and pharmacies according to schedules for collection of accounts receivable, inventory levels, receiving returns, and identifying product consumption levels.
- Develop periodic reports related to the activities of the department.
- Handle any other work-related activities as directed by the direct supervisor.
- Diploma in Pharmacy or Bachelor's in Business, Marketing, or any related field.
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical sales.
- Proficient in written, reading, and spoken Arabic and English.
- Effective communicator with excellent negotiation skills.
