- Min GCE "O" Level qualification and above
- Able to work independently and remotely when required
- Preferably with Certificate of Intermediaries License (CEI) or willing to take for the mentioned course
- Willing to standby on weekend (need to respond to WhatsApp and phone calls after office hours)
- Managing temporary staffing project
- Responsible for job assignment, liaising with candidates and clients, attending to clients' feedback, training and assessing of candidates, recruitment and interviewing of new candidates, achieving sales targets, site visits to enhance customer relationship, any ad hoc project assigned by the management.
- Provide end to end recruitment process (360)
- Secure new clients & job positions
- Draft up job advertisements, posting on career portals
- Assessing candidates' applications and shortlist for prospective clients
- Coordinate interview arrangement and ensure candidates are well-prepared
- Ensure sales closures to achieve sales target
- Location: MacPherson (Next to MRT)
- Working hours: Mon to Fri, 9am to 6pm (weekend on call, need to respond to WhatsApp and phone calls after office hours)
- Basic from $2600 + Incentive
