Location: Dammam - KSA Role Summary: We are the leader in well construction and production. Our innovative physical and digital solutions improve efficiency, production, and maximize reservoir value. Our team partners with cross-functional teams on inland or offshore rigs to add value to oil well extractions. We provide support to the success of our field operations. Essential Responsibilities:

Provide technical support and direction to the operations department.
Lead manufacturing improvements, including Lean operations to drive cycle time reduction, efficiency, and productivity.
Maintain standard routings and workflows for work orders in relation to tooling being repaired/re-manufactured using master routing.
Maintain standard operating procedures.
Design fixtures and tools required.
Initiate, develop, and execute efficiency improvements within the Workshop/Operations leveraging SIX Sigma Lean Manufacturing experience.
Serve as the technical point of contact to the shop floors for operations.
Liaise with engineering on complex technical issues.
Liaise with clients and vendors on engineering and technical queries and issues.
Use current costing models for quotations for the repair/remanufacture of tooling and other equipment, seeking improved methods of cost control and efficiencies using negotiation skills and experience.
Maintain master routing integrity, driving productivity improvements and continuously monitoring key metrics to ensure customer and stakeholder demands are met.

Qualifications Requirements:

Bachelor’s in engineering or Technical Diploma in Engineering or equivalent with a minimum of 8 years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering, including 5 years of experience in manufacturing CNC processes.
Experience in leading and mentoring teams in a manufacturing environment.
Good communication and presentation skills to articulate highly technical information in a clear, concise manner.
Experience working with cross-functional teams within a global-matrix environment.
Experienced problem solver, with an analytical approach to identifying root causes and implementing solutions.
