We are seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of Head of Contracts. This is a critical position that requires leadership and strategic thinking in managing contracts related to EPC projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead project contracting activities, including issuing ITTs, executing tendering roadmaps, and soliciting alignment from key stakeholders.
Develop bid evaluation plans, procedures, and models for evaluating technical and commercial bids.
Execute contract administration activities, providing timely guidance, tracking milestones, and stewarding contractor obligations.
Manage global contractual requirements and reporting on claim and variation progress.
Assess contract agreements to identify areas for amendment.
Support CO2 Sequestration Project Management team with major change orders, claims, and negotiations.
Coordinate with the Legal department on legal issues.
Develop cost/schedules driven contracting scenarios for effective contracting strategy workshops.
Establish procedures for transferring contracts to Operations after demobilization.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in engineering, supply chain management, law, or business.
10 years of experience in contracting related to EPC projects, with 5 years in a leading role.
