IT Director

Education: Master’s Degree in Computer Science. Experience: 7 to 10 years’ experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified. Medical/healthcare experience highly preferred. Language: Proficiency in Arabic and English Languages. Computer Proficiency: High proficiency with computer software, programs & Hospital operating systems. Performance Competencies:

• Ability to plan and guide the development, installation, maintenance and repair of computer network systems.
• Knowledge of available computing and/or network hardware and peripheral equipment.
• Ability to evaluate and interpret end user information requirements, and to develop appropriate systems and/or applications solutions.
• Ability to specify and develop computer programs using a range of programming languages.
• Knowledge of budgeting cost estimating, and fiscal management principles and procedures.
