Develop and implement quality management systems and processes to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Lead and manage a team of quality assurance professionals to achieve department goals and objectives.
Conduct internal audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to address any deficiencies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement quality improvement initiatives.
Monitor and analyze quality metrics to identify trends and proactively address any issues.
Coordinate and oversee external audits and inspections to ensure compliance with customer requirements.
Develop and deliver training programs to educate employees on quality standards and processes.
Investigate and resolve customer complaints and non-conformance issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
Stay current on industry trends and best practices in quality management to continuously improve processes and systems.
Prepare and present reports to senior management on quality performance and improvement initiatives.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering or quality management.
Certification in quality management, such as Six Sigma or ISO.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a quality management role in a related industry.
Experience leading and managing a team of quality assurance professionals.
Strong knowledge of industry standards and regulations, such as FDA regulations for medical devices.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
Proficiency in relevant software applications, such as Microsoft Office and quality management systems.
