JOB DESCRIPTION ROLE PURPOSE: Senior Road Engineer is responsible for leading engineering design activities to meet the company’s objectives for delivering high-quality consultancy services to clients. Giving guidance and directions to team members including Junior engineers and designers /BIM modelers. Ensuring the implementation of company system and standards. Leading the communication with client technical team as well as internal communications with other disciplines. Supporting in creating LOD. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Provide technical expertise, guidance, and mentorship to team members, ensuring high-quality design and execution of projects.
Collaborate with other department leads, project managers, and clients to develop integrated engineering solutions that meet project requirements.
Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes.
Foster a culture of innovation, teamwork, and knowledge sharing within the department.
A strong emphasis on expertise in codes and standards, ensuring high-quality deliverables for client consultancy services.

Implementation of ground rules.
Timely and successful delivery resulting in overall high-quality KPI.
Implementation of innovative engineering solutions to improve project outcomes.

We are seeking an experienced Environmental Engineer to join our Global Manufacturing Excellence organization to work under the Decarbonization and Sustainability Division to render environmental protection and performance aspects.<br />
<br />
Decarbonization and Sustainability Division provides support to Saudi Aramco Global Manufacturing wholly owned and affiliates&#39; facilities in assessing and advising on the deployment and adoption of decarbonization, energy and environmental programs and initiatives. This includes identifying and analyzing operational challenges and developing engineering solutions to improve energy efficiency and Green House Gas (GHG) emissions.<br />

Your primary role as an Environmental Engineer is to provide expert guidance and support in GHG management activities such as data collection, analyzing data to observe GHG reduction opportunities, advising to improve GHG emission performance, conducting waste and emission minimization assessments, incorporating circular economy models, setting targets of key performance indicators such as flaring, SO2 emission, and Hydrocarbon discharge to marine, and applying environmental regulations and standards such as ISO-14001 Environmental Management System. Strong management and coordination skills are necessary to lead and work with environmental teams in operating facilities under the Global Manufacturing Excellence.<br />

<b>Key Responsibilities</b><br />

As the successful candidate you will be required to perform the following:</p>

	<li>Monitor facility operating and business plans objectives are consistent and in-line with environmental protection policy and all applicable environmental policies, GIs and standards.</li>
	<li>Conduct full potential environmental assessment and provide recommendations.</li>
	<li>Develop, review and implement Green House Gas management program including GHG data collection, analysis and reporting.</li>
	<li>Conduct internal GHG assurance audit and provide support in preparation of facilities GHG 3rd party audits.</li>
	<li>Monitor air quality, waste water and water conservation, waste management performance.</li>
	<li>Establish environmental KPIs targets in alignment with company environmental policies and strategies</li>
	<li>Develop, review and deployment of facilities environmental management system in alignment with ISO 14001.</li>
	<li>Develop and maintain Environmental procedures and guidelines.</li>
	<li>Conduct internal environmental performance benchmarking studies among the oil and gas, refineries.</li>
	<li>Stay abreast of international and regional regulations concerning emissions, waste management, water and waste water, GHG to ensure alignment with compliance standards.</li>
	<li>Collaborate closely with stakeholders, including field engineers, top-level executives, and regulatory bodies, to ensure alignment with industry needs.</li>
	<li>Analyze complex data sets related to emissions, equipment efficiency, and other relevant parameters, deriving actionable insights for enhancement.</li>
	<li>Organize technical exchange workshops among the oil and gas refineries.</li>
	<li>Develop and deliver training material to promote environmental awareness among refinery personnel.</li>

	<li>17 years of experience in oil and gas refineries,</li>
	<li>Knowledge of the oil & gas, refining industry and its environmental challenges and risks.</li>
	<li>Knowledge of global / governmental environmental policies, regulations and standards.</li>
	<li>Qualified Environmental Professional QEP certified professional (preferred).</li>
	<li>Expert in technical sustainability data, calculation methodology and limitations.</li>
	<li>Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills in the field of environmental engineering</li>
	<li>Familiarity with ISO-14001 Environmental Management System and Requirement</li>
	<li>Familiarity with development of decarbonization roadmap, GHG emission baseline and target setting</li>
	<li>Possess excellent computer skills as well as presentation skills.</li>
	<li>Strong management and coordination skill.</li>

We are seeking a Senior Chemicals Advisor for its Downstream Strategy & Investment Group in Corporate Strategy Department, within the Strategy & Market Analysis organization.<br />

The Downstream Strategy and Investment group is responsible to support the development of the Company&#39;s Long-Term Downstream strategy and business.<br />

The Senior Chemicals Advisor will advise Corporate and Executive Management on strategic matters related to the Chemicals business and guides the development of Saudi Aramco&#39;s Downstream strategy and investment plan.<br />

	<li>Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including decision makers in the Downstream business, mainly in chemicals, as well as external stakeholders including consultancies, industry experts, and leading organizations.</li>
	<li>Represent the company at relevant internal and external conferences and seminars and preparing presentations.</li>
	<li>Monitor developments in the Chemicals sector and recommend actions, which could impact the Company&#39;s performance and strategy and discern Company implications.</li>
	<li>Benchmark Chemicals performance and related processes, practices and technologies against relevant companies in the region and around the world.</li>
	<li>Initiate research and studies on topics that could impact Downstream Chemicals competitive advantage, preparing analyses and presentations for Corporate and Executive Management and various Committees.</li>

As a successful candidate you will have:<br />

Bachelor&#39;s degree in Chemical Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, Financial Management<br />
Minimum 15 years experience in the Chemicals industry with consulting experience in a major international consulting firm.<br />
Experience in at least one of the following Chemicals sector: Basic Chemicals (Olefins or Aromatics) or Derivatives.<br />
Global or multi-national business experience with developed multi-cultural sensitivity.<br />
Must have experience developing and delivering strategic insights, investment and market analysis, and business strategies for a major integrated downstream business.<br />
Experience presenting to Corporate and Executive Management, Board of Directors and wider audiences.<br />
Must have a proven ability to build and maintain positive, effective networks with internal and external stakeholders at all organizational levels.<br />
Experience in leading and managing multi-disciplinary teams to deliver business strategies and plans is desirable.<br />
Experience with Mergers & Acquisitions in the Chemicals sector is highly desirable.<br />
Must be proficient with Microsoft Office, especially with Word, Excel, and Power Point.<br />

	<li>Review the Downstream operating plan and contribute to annual business plan refresh with particular focus on Chemicals to ensure its alignment with the Company&#39;s strategy.</li>
	<li>Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including decision makers in the Downstream business, mainly in chemicals, as well as external stakeholders including consultancies, industry experts, and leading organizations.</li>
	<li>Represent the company at relevant internal and external conferences and seminars and preparing presentations.</li>
	<li>Monitor developments in the Chemicals sector and recommend actions, which could impact the Company&#39;s performance and strategy and discern Company implications.</li>
	<li>Benchmark Chemicals performance and related processes, practices and technologies against relevant companies in the region and around the world.</li>
	<li>Initiate research and studies on topics that could impact Downstream Chemicals competitive advantage, preparing analyses and presentations for Corporate and Executive Management and various Committees.</li>

As a successful candidate you will have:<br />

Bachelor&#39;s degree in Chemical Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, Financial Management<br />
Minimum 15 years experience in the Chemicals industry with consulting experience in a major international consulting firm.<br />
Experience in at least one of the following Chemicals sector: Basic Chemicals (Olefins or Aromatics) or Derivatives.<br />
Global or multi-national business experience with developed multi-cultural sensitivity.<br />
Must have experience developing and delivering strategic insights, investment and market analysis, and business strategies for a major integrated downstream business.<br />
Experience presenting to Corporate and Executive Management, Board of Directors and wider audiences.<br />
Must have a proven ability to build and maintain positive, effective networks with internal and external stakeholders at all organizational levels.<br />
Experience in leading and managing multi-disciplinary teams to deliver business strategies and plans is desirable.<br />
Experience with Mergers & Acquisitions in the Chemicals sector is highly desirable.<br />
Must be proficient with Microsoft Office, especially with Word, Excel, and Power Point.<br />

We are seeking a Senior Economic Analyst to join the Hydrogen Department Economic Evaluation & Business Strategy team. The Hydrogen Department focus on the development of blue and green hydrogen and ammonia supply opportunities to assist our customers in Kingdom and Out of Kingdom with their decarbonization efforts.<br />

Your primary role will be to develop and maintaining economic and financial models and cost competitive analysis for the Low Carbon Hydrogen (LCH) and derivative markets and businesses. You will spearhead and deliver economic insights, build and run economic and financial analysis for the Low Carbon Hydrogen (LCH) business from a product/derivative, regulation, hydrogen carrier, price formation, project and company perspective.<br />

	<li>Develop and run various financial models for the low carbon hydrogen business, by monitoring and calculating Internal Rate of Returns (IRRs), cashflows, Net Present Values (NPVs), cash cost and conducting margin analysis.</li>
	<li>Understand and develop profit and loss analysis, as well as understand financial statements and gleaning relevant insights when it comes to competitive assessments and benchmarking.</li>

	<li>Substantial background in areas of financial management and economic analysis, commercial law, taxation, investments, banking and forex.</li>

The Senior Economic Analyst will bring a solid understanding of economic principles within the domestic energy sector and be passionate about contributing to our efforts in the global energy transition. Translating economic data and energy transition trends into strategic business recommendations.<br />
<br />
<b>Responsibilities</b><br />
<br />
As a successful candidate, you will be required to perform the following:</p>

<ul>
	<li>Conduct comprehensive economic analyses of the domestic market, including evaluating market trends, pricing, and demand-supply dynamics within Saudi Arabia.</li>
	<li>Assess the financial performance of the company&#39;s domestic operations, identifying risks and opportunities to optimize profitability and efficiency in alignment with both traditional and net zero emission objectives.</li>
	<li>Support the company&#39;s energy transition strategy by analyzing economic opportunities in new energies (renewable, hydrogen, CCUS, etc), energy efficiency, and other sustainable initiatives within the Kingdom.</li>
	<li>Monitor regulatory and policy developments in the Saudi energy market, assessing their economic implications for the organization and its transition goals.</li>
	<li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, strategy, and sustainability, to integrate economic insights with our broader energy transition objectives.</li>
	<li>Provide scenario analysis and forecasts on the impact of energy transition policies on the domestic economy.</li>
	<li>Prepare reports, presentations, and forecasts on economic indicators affecting oil, gas, and new energies (renewable, hydrogen, CCUS, etc) markets to inform strategic decision-making.</li>
	<li>Utilize advanced data analytics and statistical tools to support decision-making, including scenario planning and sensitivity analyses for energy transition scenarios.</li>

As a successful candidate you will have:</p>

	<li>Bachelor&#39;s degree in Business, Management or Engineering. A master degree in Public Policy, Political Science, Law, Energy Economics, or a related field is highly preferred.</li>
	<li>Minimum 12 years experience in economic analysis within the oil and gas, energy, or sustainability sector.</li>
	<li>Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to interpret complex data, including new energies (renewable, hydrogen, CCUS, etc) metrics and trends.</li>
	<li>Proficiency in statistical software and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, R, Python, or other relevant tools).</li>
	<li>Knowledge of Saudi Arabian energy market dynamics, regulatory environment, and energy transition policies.</li>
	<li>Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.</li>
	<li>Familiarity with economic and financial databases (e.g., Bloomberg, Thomson Reuters) and sustainability reporting standards.</li>
