Our client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced marketing and communications professional to join an established law firm in Riyadh. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing marketing strategies and enhancing brand visibility. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with a strong background in marketing and a keen interest in the legal industry.

The Role:

  1. Developing and executing marketing plans and campaigns to raise brand awareness.
  2. Demonstrating ability in delivering top-notch service and building strong relationships, both internally and externally.
  3. Managing virtual and physical events hosted by the firm and brief practice support teams on the event logistics.
  4. Conducting marketing research and analysing trends to identify target audiences and devise effective marketing strategies.
  5. Coordinating with external agencies and vendors to produce marketing collateral such as brochures, advertisements and promotional materials.
  6. Implementing digital marketing initiatives, including email marketing, search engine marketing and social media advertising.
  7. Collaborating with internal stakeholders, including Lawyers and practice groups to align marketing efforts with business objectives and support their initiatives.

To Qualify:

  1. Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field. A legal background or familiarity with the legal industry is highly desirable.
  2. Must be fluent in Arabic and English, and have over 3 years of relevant experience.
  3. Proven work experience as a Marketing Executive or equivalent, preferably in a professional services firm or legal environment.
  4. Demonstrated knowledge of marketing principles, techniques and best practices.
  5. Proficient in digital marketing platforms, social media management tools and email marketing software.
  6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  7. Proactive, self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
