Job details

To fortify Arasco’s IT infrastructure by overseeing firewall configurations and implementing advanced cybersecurity measures, ensuring robust defence against cyber threats and compliance with security standards. Key Accountabilities Firewall Configuration and Management
Design and implement firewall rules and policies, ensuring alignment with best practices and organizational security requirements.
Monitor and analyze firewall logs and network traffic using advanced tools to detect anomalies and potential security breaches.
Upgrade firewall firmware and apply security patches to address vulnerabilities and enhance firewall capabilities.
Cybersecurity Framework Implementation
Develop and manage security architectures, including perimeter defenses, intrusion detection systems (IDS), and intrusion prevention systems (IPS).
Conduct comprehensive vulnerability assessments and apply mitigation strategies to address identified risks.
Integrate security measures with other IT systems and workflows to ensure cohesive protection across the IT environment.
Incident Detection and Response
Lead and coordinate response efforts during security incidents, including forensics analysis, containment, eradication, and recovery.
Utilize Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) tools to detect , analyze , and respond to security alerts.
Document incident details, prepare detailed incident reports, and recommend changes to prevent future occurrences.
Compliance and Security Reporting
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements such as GDPR, ISO 27001, and NIST.
Generate and present regular security reports, including risk assessments, audit findings, and compliance status to stakeholders.
Conduct internal security audits and implement recommendations to ensure continuous improvement.
Skills Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field. Relevant cybersecurity certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CEH is highly preferred. Experience : Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in IT security or a related field with a focus on firewall management and cybersecurity. Skills: Strong knowledge of firewall technologies and network security protocols. Experience with cybersecurity tools and technologies, including SIEM systems. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration and reporting. We are seeking a Senior Strategy & Market Consultant for the Energy & Economic Insights department, within the Strategy & Market Analysis (SMA) organization.<br />

The Energy & Economic Insights department serves as the organization&#39;s foremost expert in providing specialized strategy and market analysis for the business.<br />

The Senior Strategy & Market Consultant will provide the highest level of professional assistance, counsel, guidance, and training related to oversees department analysis / strategy products and provides analysis of short-term and long-term highly complex issues and problems that facilitates senior management and governmental decision making.<br />

	<li>Develop and use energy supply and demand models and other statistical tools to perform studies and research work.</li>
	<li>Represent SMA by delivering training seminars, and speaking at conferences.</li>

	<li>Conduct data analysis and reporting to provide data-driven insights, laisse with the SMA planning group and Energy & Economic Analysis to develop Business Plans, and facilitate cross-functional collaboration and alignment on planning initiatives tracking.</li>
	<li>Analyze key engagement metrics, such as employee satisfaction, turnover, and participation in organizational initiatives.</li>
	<li>Coordinate with all E&EI departments to identify operational challenges, technology solution and game changing technologies that can result into value creation, improve efficiency and generate revenue.</li>
	<li>Facilitate communication within the department and with external stakeholders, including drafting and distributing emails, memos, and reports on behalf of the VP.</li>
	<li>Provide research and analysis support in developing business plans. Assist in gathering market data, conducting industry research, and compiling information needed for the business plan. They can also help with formatting, editing, and preparing the final document.</li>
	<li>Help in establishing and maintaining a performance tracking process. This may involve developing tracking templates, setting up systems to collect and analyze performance data, and generating reports on a regular basis.</li>

	<li>Significant experience in oil & gas, preferably in relevant departments of a major oil & gas company and supplemented by consulting experience in the energy practice of a major international consulting firm.</li>
	<li>Solid experience with statistical and financial analysis in an oil & gas and wider energy - industry context.</li>
	<li>Demonstrable knowledge of petroleum economics, technology and accounting.</li>
	<li>Must be able to understand, interpret and communicate the rationale for corporate reporting requirements as related to business plans, manpower budgets, and capital and operating budgets to all levels of management</li>
	<li>Previously presented to Corporate Management and Board level, as well as across organizational levels and at external fora such as conferences, and must therefore be able to quickly build the trust and respect of Executive Committee members, senior management and peers.</li>

The Energy & Economic Insights department serves as the organization&#39;s foremost expert in providing specialized strategy and market analysis for the business.<br />

	<li>Represent SMA by delivering training seminars, and speaking at conferences.</li>
	<li>Develop key performance indicators (KPI&#39;s) and metrics to measure and track performance,</li>
	<li>Conduct data analysis and reporting to provide data-driven insights, laisse with the SMA planning group and Energy & Economic Analysis to develop Business Plans, and facilitate cross-functional collaboration and alignment on planning initiatives tracking.</li>
	<li>Analyze key engagement metrics, such as employee satisfaction, turnover, and participation in organizational initiatives.</li>
	<li>Coordinate with all E&EI departments to identify operational challenges, technology solution and game changing technologies that can result into value creation, improve efficiency and generate revenue.</li>
	<li>Facilitate communication within the department and with external stakeholders, including drafting and distributing emails, memos, and reports on behalf of the VP.</li>
	<li>Provide research and analysis support in developing business plans. Assist in gathering market data, conducting industry research, and compiling information needed for the business plan. They can also help with formatting, editing, and preparing the final document.</li>
	<li>Help in establishing and maintaining a performance tracking process. This may involve developing tracking templates, setting up systems to collect and analyze performance data, and generating reports on a regular basis.</li>
	<li>Assist in monitoring progress, identifying trends, and highlighting areas for improvement.</li>

	<li>Minimum 15 years professional experience gained in a combination of commercial and strategic.</li>
	<li>Significant experience in oil & gas, preferably in relevant departments of a major oil & gas company and supplemented by consulting experience in the energy practice of a major international consulting firm.</li>
	<li>Solid experience with statistical and financial analysis in an oil & gas and wider energy - industry context.</li>
	<li>Demonstrable knowledge of petroleum economics, technology and accounting.</li>
	<li>Must be able to understand, interpret and communicate the rationale for corporate reporting requirements as related to business plans, manpower budgets, and capital and operating budgets to all levels of management</li>
	<li>Previously presented to Corporate Management and Board level, as well as across organizational levels and at external fora such as conferences, and must therefore be able to quickly build the trust and respect of Executive Committee members, senior management and peers.</li>
	<li>Prior experience working in an international setting, with a sound appreciation of working with multinational teams</li>

The Corporate & Project Finance Legal Practice within the Law Organization is responsible for, among other matters, advising on, negotiating, and documenting Saudi Aramco's corporate and project finance transactions and capital market transactions.<br><br>The [Senior Counsel's] primary role is to lead the legal activities with respect to the development and implementation of finance and capital markets transactions, including the structuring, negotiation, documentation and execution of such transactions. This Compliance Counsel will serve as a key member of the Law Organization&#39;s recently created Corporate Compliance Organization and will provide ground-floor guidance and knowledge on international Trade Compliance and Sanctions, along with a broad spectrum of compliance matters that confront a multinational energy company and its global subsidiaries and joint ventures.<br />

We are seeking an experienced attorney to join the JV Development Legal Practice in the Project Development & Finance Law Department of the Saudi Aramco Law Organization as Senior Counsel.<br />
<br />
The Law Organization at Saudi Aramco is responsible for providing legal counsel and advisory services to Saudi Aramco&#39;s business units, subsidiaries, and joint ventures. The JV Development Legal Practice within the Law Organization is responsible for, among other matters, advising on, negotiating, and documenting Saudi Aramco&#39;s project development and joint venture transactions.<br />
<br />
The primary role is to lead the legal activities with respect to the development and implementation of joint ventures, including the structuring, negotiation, and documentation of such transactions. As part of the responsibilities, the [Senior Counsel] will also advise Saudi Aramco Management and internal clients with respect to Saudi Aramco&#39;s legal rights and obligations, agreements, and common statutory or similar processes in connection with such transactions. The [Senior Counsel] will also liaise and work with other attorneys in the Law Organization, as it relates to tax, antitrust, capital markets, and foreign direct investment. In addition, the [Senior Counsel] will engage and manage outside counsel on a cost-effective basis.<br />

The Senior Counsel will report to the Practice Leader of the JV Development Legal Practice. While the position is based in Dhahran, this is a global practice and requires commensurate travel.<br />
