Department Overview: Our dedicated Cost Management Team at RLB KSA is responsible for seeing a project through from the initial concept stages to completion. Their main task is to break down projects into stages, taking responsibility for monitoring and managing the programme, cost, quality, and risk of each stage of the project. We pride ourselves on the quality of our service to our clients and enjoy long-term relationships with them. We are a sector-focused business actively operating and delivering within the Commercial, Residential, Education, Data Centre, Mixed Use, Sports, Healthcare, Defence, and Retail sectors. Our Cost Managers work in close contact with clients, advising them on all financial matters, project risks, procurement, and contract matters using our depth of experience to provide informed opinions and solutions. Overview of role: RLB is currently recruiting a Data Analyst who will be responsible for data management, analytics, and dashboard reporting development for large-scale construction projects, to join our team in Riyadh, KSA. You will be responsible for supporting flagship projects' cost planning, estimating, and commercial reporting functions. Key responsibilities:

Develop and maintain databases and reporting dashboards.
Develop and maintain data models and governance processes.
Technical build-out of Microsoft Power BI (or similar products) dashboards.
Presentation to clients and internal teams of developed dashboards.
Coordinate and prepare presentation material.
Create processes, workflows, and structure around data management.
Support the training of regional personnel, cross-training, and clients’ representatives.
Determine key metrics, outcomes, and develop reports.
Organize and manage a team repository of key processes, presentations, and workflows.
Coordinate and organize multiple sources of performance data.
Build data models to support required analysis and reporting.
Translation of data to best practice data visualization.
Ability to develop good working relationships within different client cultures and across multiple project teams.

Person Specification:

Degree qualified in Data Analytics (or Quantity Surveying).
Data Visualization expert experienced with data management, analytics, and dashboard reporting development.
Experience in data management and deep dive analysis.
Experience developing dashboards and other data visualization projects.
Proficiency with Microsoft applications (Power BI).
Good organization skills, ability to multi-task, prioritize, and be a team player.
Advanced presentation skills and ability to thrive in a client-facing role.
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Advanced skills with spreadsheets, charts, and presentations.
Expected minimum of 8 years’ experience post-degree qualification.
A team player, outgoing, flexible, enthusiastic, and ambitious.
